Roasted Turkey
1 whole turkey,
1 cup unsalted butter,
2 Tbsp olive oil
fresh lemon juice from 1 large lemon
3 large garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
For the Turkey Stuffing:
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch celery
1 lemon, quartered
Method :-
Pr Heat oven to 450 degrees F
cut large onion in to three-part,
cut 3 garlic in to 2 part
season turkey inside with salt and pepper
in a large bowl combine
butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and chopped parsley
mix well untill the lemon juice mix well with other ingredients
apply above mixture under and above the turkey.
than fill the stuffing, onion, garlic, lemon parsley and celery
Tie turkey leg cross with tread and closed the turkey cavity.
Place a turkey into a roasting tray and cover with Aluminium foil
Roast for 30 min. to 1 hours.
Than reduce the heat to 350 degree F. and roast until the turkey is fully done.

Mashed Potato Recipe
Boil a Potato into salt water,
in a saucepan heat a butter and a milk over low heat and stir until butter get malted
than using a potato masher or beater slowly blend milk mixture with potato until mixture get creamy and smooth
season with salt and pepper
